Paint it SOLD!
Spring is finally here and it seems Mother Nature isn’t the only one ramping it into high gear. This season seems to motivate potential buyers to find their new homes and for sellers to seal the deal. For those on the selling there are factors to consider like proper pricing, condition of the home, other competing listings, etc. Some things you have no control over, but some you do. I was listening to an interview recently with film writer and director Quentin Tarantino. He talked about his creative process which started with bits of ideas or scraps of stories that eventually make their way onto a blank sheet of paper. From there, they start to take shape and are tirelessly worked and re-worked until they ultimately manifest in a finished script, and later, a finished film. In most cases, the entirety of all steps from conception to completion represented years of his effort.
